Messaging terms, opt-in consent, and opt-out instructions for Afterhours AI real estate communications.

Effective Date: March 24, 2026 · Last Updated: March 24, 2026

1. Overview

Afterhours AI, operated by IPComms, provides an AI-powered communication platform for real estate professionals. We send SMS and MMS messages on behalf of subscribing real estate agents and brokerages for property information, appointment confirmations, and related communications.

By texting any phone number associated with our platform — including numbers displayed on yard signs, listing websites, printed materials, and online advertisements — you consent to receive automated text messages related to your inquiry and the associated real estate services.

2. How You Opt In

You may provide consent to receive SMS/MMS messages through any of the following methods:

Texting a Listing Number

Sending a text message to a phone number displayed on a yard sign, listing website, flyer, printed marketing material, or online advertisement constitutes your consent to receive automated text messages containing property information and related follow-up communications from the assigned real estate agent or brokerage.

During a Phone Call

Providing your phone number and expressing consent during an AI-assisted or agent-assisted phone call — for the purpose of scheduling showings, receiving property information, or arranging consultations — constitutes your consent to receive related text messages.

Online Form Submission

Submitting your phone number through a real estate agent's website or landing page that includes an SMS consent checkbox constitutes your consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry.

3. Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of SMS/MMS messages:

  • Property information — listing details, price, features, photos, and availability
  • Appointment confirmations — confirmations for scheduled showings and consultations
  • Appointment reminders — reminders for upcoming showings or meetings
  • Follow-up messages — post-showing check-ins from your assigned real estate agent

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1 to 5 messages per inquiry or appointment.

Message and data rates may apply.

4. How to Opt Out

To stop receiving messages, reply with any of the following keywords:

STOPCANCELUNSUBSCRIBEQUITEND

After sending any of the keywords above, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. You will not receive any further text messages from that number unless you initiate a new inquiry.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel any previously scheduled appointments. Please contact your assigned real estate agent directly if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
